What are Pink Onions?

Our Pink Onions are just that, beautiful pink Onions. They’re not red, they’re not brown but blushing pink in colour. You see, pink onions are naturally pink with lower levels of pyruvate acid (thats the acid that makes you cry!). They have a unique taste and add both colour and flavour to any dish, making them a bit of an all rounder!
